THE DIRECTORS

Rusty and Sophie started Red Range Stock Supplements in 2014 with the view to bring their extensive and diverse knowledge and passion for the industry to Kununurra. The company factors strong relationships with all aspects of their supply chain, from the farmer, to the transporter, manufacturer and end consumer. They both have a passion for the Agriculture sector and are proud that their business supports the local and domestic market and is based in the heart of North Western Australia. They are passionate about providing top quality and ethically sourced products in a timeframe that meets the needs of their customer.

As a family run business, relationships with the team and the wider community are a priority and paramount to their philosophy in business. As local business owners, Rusty and Sophie are committed to their social responsibility and give generously back to the local community by way of volunteer work and sponsorships.

Before moving to Kununurra, i was living in the beautiful hills area of Perth.
What do you enjoy the most about working at Red Range?
The people, variety of work and the family business environment.

I am only new to the Kimberley, but i enjoy the warmer temperatures and beautiful scenery.
When not at work, what can you be found doing?
Exploring the Kimberley or tinkering in my garden!

The variety of tasks I do. I enjoy building almost everything so my role at Red Range also complements my personal hobby.

Connecting and making relationships with so many people. New challenges. New opportunities. Beginning my day always doing something different.

Dry season! After a few years in Melbourne, wet season heat tends to knock me around!

Reading, cooking, socialising with friends and family and enjoying outdoor activities.

I enjoy learning new skills and Red Range gives me that opportunity on a weekly basis.

Wet season of course! The town gets quiet and i love exploring waterfalls.
When not at work, what can you be found doing?
Kayaking, hiking and reading.

Country Kerry, Ireland.
What do you enjoy the most about working at Red Range?
The people I work with and the range of jobs I get to do.
Kimberley Dry Season or Wet Season?
I love the dry season as it is always sunny and there are no rainchecks. However, the wet season has exhilarating storms, flowing waterfalls and swimming holes that fill throughout the season.
When not at work, what can you be found doing?
Fishing, exercising at the gym and exploring the endless Kimberley attractions.

Learning how to drive a forklift and working with all of my friendly coworkers!

What do you enjoy the most about working at Red Range?
I love working here because of the people. The team feels like family.

I prefer the Dry Season. The temperature is perfect and i can still enjoy outdoor activities, without the humidity!
When not at work, what can you be found doing?
When not working, you'll find me boxing, at the gym, swimming or out on the river soaking up nature.
